TPMI assists therapists and doctors across different fields in cultivating strong relationships with their patients. The company provides training and consulting programs designed to teach methods for fostering clear, empathetic, and empowering communication. This initiative impacts the organization and management of clinics, as well as the healing journey of patients.
At the start of the project, TPMI already had a website hosting a series of videos. However, they required a more robust platform to organize these videos into courses that could adapt to each user’s pace and performance. The company’s vision for course access was to create subscription packages. Additionally, TPMI hosts seminars and sells clinic management accessories, so the platform needed to include a ticket reservation system and a small e-commerce section.
We began by developing a cohesive visual identity, aligning it with the company’s objectives. With the enhancement and presentation of their products in new formats, it was essential to strengthen the brand and establish a professional and trustworthy image to attract new clients.
Our next step was content organization. We collaborated with a copywriter to refine the content. This phase highlighted the need to revamp some aspects of TPMI’s products to ensure top-notch quality and consistency with the company’s new positioning. Consequently, videos were re-recorded and edited, and all physical products were redesigned.
We then moved on to developing the new website. It features a client login area where users can access their subscribed content, track their progress, and manage their subscriptions. The new interface allows users to advance through each program chronologically, according to their availability. It also provides comprehensive order details, including delivery tracking and ticket downloads. Additionally, the website hosts a weekly podcast platform and a blog.
